South African born midfielder Lindo Mfeka most recently featured as the number 10 for Reno 1868 FC in the USL Championship. Mfeka was drafted by the San Jose Earthquakes in 2017 and spent his first season on loan in Reno after making one MLS appearance as a rookie. Mfeka continued with Reno in 2018 and 2019 tallying 14 goals in 67 league appearances. Mfeka played his college soccer in South Florida for South Florida University following time with the U-17 South African National team. Mfeka’s season ended early in 2021 with an injury in the final regular season game forcing him to miss the playoffs. Before the injury he would make 23 appearances, scoring twice in 2021. In 2022 Mfeka would fight through another injury season to contribute three goals in 23 games.
