Timing and Entry
Is there any parking at the stadium?
Free parking will be available in Lot A and Lot B. Overflow Parking will also be available in Lots K, H, and G on CSU, East Bay campus. Field Seat Members will have reserved parking spots in Lot A.
To provide the community with the ability to travel more frequently between BART and CSU, East Bay, AC Transit provides service on the #60 bus from South Hayward BART to CSU, East Bay. Find out more information on the AC Transit #60 Schedule.
What time do gates open?
Gates will open 1.5 hours before kickoff for Members and 1 hour before kickoff for all other ticket holders.
What is the bag policy?
Clear Bag Policy; one clear bag – either a one-gallon Ziploc style bag or 14″ x 6″ x 14″ clear bag or a small clutch. Click here for our prohibited items list.
Food, Beverages, and Merchandise
Will merchandise be available for purchase?
Oakland Roots SC and Oakland Soul SC merchandise will be available for purchase during the home game.
Are water bottles allowed in the stadium?
One manufacturer-sealed plastic water bottle is allowed in the stadium. No personal water bottles, glass bottles, or outside beverages are allowed in the stadium. Please review our code of conduct and prohibited items list of what you can and cannot bring into the stadium.
Will food and drink options be available?
Food and beverages are available for purchase, including alcohol.
Can I pay with cash this season?
In an effort to maintain safety and reduce touch points across the stadium environment, each home game will be cashless. All merchandise, food and beverage purchases will be made electronically.
Ticketing
Do kids under 5 years old get in free?
Yes, kids under the age of 5 years old get in to all home games for free.
