Oakland Roots Sports Club announce new partnership with Mr. Espresso as the team’s Official Espresso Partner. Mr. Espresso will provide a prosumer-grade Rocket Espresso machine along with their distinctive coffees for players and staff at the team’s training facility to give the players the pick me up they need before stepping onto the field.
“We are excited to welcome Mr. Espresso to the Oakland Roots Family,” said Director of Business Development, Jenna Lamb. “Mr. Espresso is a highly regarded, community fixture and we cannot wait for our players to be able to utilize their products every day.”
After immigrating to the Bay Area, the founder of Mr. Espresso, Carlo Di Ruocco discovered that there were few places where he could find a true Italian espresso. Inspired, he founded Mr. Espresso in 1978, with the vision of bringing authentic Italian espresso and wood-fired coffee roasting tradition to the United States. This summer, family-owned Mr. Espresso opened its flagship retail location, The Caffè by Mr. Espresso, where fans can enjoy a range of coffee and espresso drinks. Check them out in Downtown Oakland!
