Oakland Roots Sports Club announce the signing of 22-year-old Sacramento native Ryan Her. Her most recently featured for University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
“Ryan is a player we’ve monitored for quite some time now,” said Oakland Roots Technical Director Jordan Ferrell. “Providing a platform for young players from Northern California to transition to professional football is a high priority for us and we look forward to watching Ryan start his career with Roots.”
Over five seasons, Her would make over 70 appearances for University of the Pacific helping establish the team as one of the best in the West Coast Conference over that time.
