
Oakland, CA – Oakland Roots Sports Club announces that it has agreed to a multi year partnership with Modelo. Modelo, the number one beer in California*, will be the exclusive Mexican import beer sponsor of Oakland Roots SC.
“We are very happy to be partnering with such a popular beer as Modelo for our fans to enjoy inside of Laney,” said Steven Powell, Chief Revenue Officer of Oakland Roots SC.
Modelo branding will be visible inside the stadium at Oakland Roots games through the 2022 season. Modelo will also serve as the title partner of a Roots home game to be announced at a later date.
