Step 3: Navigate to Exchanges In your account manager, you’ll see several tabs near the middle of the page under your account number: Tickets, Payment, Profile, and Offers. Click on the Offers tab.

Step 5: Select Tickets to Move Choose the game and the specific tickets from that game that you want to exchange, then hit View Replacement Events.

Your normal seating sections will display as $0 and you can select any available seats within those sections at no charge. Other sections will show the upgrade cost at the STM rate. Click on your preferred section and seats.

Important Things to Know:
- One game at a time: You can only move tickets from one game per transaction. If you want to move 4 tickets from one game and use them as 1 ticket across 4 different games, you’ll need to complete 4 separate exchanges.
- Tickets auto-seat together: If you’re moving 2 tickets to one game but want them in different locations, you’ll need to do 2 separate transactions. The system automatically seats multiple tickets together.
- 24-hour deadline: All exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours before the game you’re moving tickets to.
- Sitting together in a new spot: If you want to exchange a ticket into a game where the seat next to your existing seat isn’t available, you’ll need to relocate your original seat as well. This requires two transactions: first, move your original ticket from that game to the same game but in a new spot, then move your second ticket into that game in the adjacent seat.
