Teacher of the Game

OPTERRA Energy Services will be honoring ten (10) teachers who are making positive change in their classroom or community. These teachers will be honored at Oakland Roots home games throughout the season.

How it works:

Nominate a teacher/educator, using the form below.
A teacher will be selected and they will each receive:
  • Four (4) tickets to selected Oakland Roots home game
  • One (1) in-game recognition for the educator with name and OPTERRA Energy Services shown on LED video board
  • One (1) image of teacher posted on social media stories
  • Teacher will receive One (1) Oakland Roots jersey with customized name on back
  • OPTERRA Energy Services to provide a gift card to purchase supplies

The nominated teacher must be located in the East Bay, with a priority given to those in Oakland.
