Wright is a member of the Sierra Leone National Team. He was born in Essex, England and made his debut for Sierra Leone on October 9, 2020. At age 10, he got his start at Chelsea’s Youth Academy where he spent the next decade of his career. Wright helped Chelsea lift the FA Youth Cup in 2014. He made his professional debut for Carlisle United in 2016-2017 before moving to the Norwegian Second Division for the 2017-2018 season. He went on to play for Degerfors of the Swedish second tier before signing for Örebro in the first division where he made over 60 appearances. Wright most recently spent time with Apollon Smyrnis in the Greek second tier in 2022.
